Evaristo Waltz

This is a nice piece for a intermediate student with a somewhat tongue-in-cheek "big" Lisztian section just before the ending section, sort of neo-Romantic. Just in time for Liszt’s 200th birthday which is happening in October of 2011. The title has personal meaning but also a oblique reference to his Mephisto Waltz.
 
It is about 6 minutes or so, depending on how long one wishes to cadenza.
