A rousing antiphonal Baroque piece with brass comprising one choir and organ the other.

Johann Pachelbel was born in late August or early September 1653. As word of his talent and musical proficiency spread throughout Germany, he attracted many students. His organ music was still widely enjoyed in the middle of the eighteenth century. Little biographical information is available about him and, aside from the famous Canon in D, little of his music has been recorded.
