Originally a Welsh hymn, Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah (also known as Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer) is a powerful and enduring piece of sacred music. The hymn's text was written by William Williams Pantycelyn in 1745 and set to the stirring Welsh tune Cwm Rhondda, composed by John Hughes in 1907.
