Prayer

"Prayer was written for Phil's good friend Mark Fisher as one section of the Sonata for Trombone and Piano that was premiered at the Eastern Trombone Workshop in March 2007. Phil liked the movement so much that he transcribed it for trumpet especially for this recording. Its Americana feel and soaring leaps pray for brighter days in America's future."
