John Adams: The Voice Heard ‘Round the World

Emmy Award winner Anthony DiLorenzo has recently completed a composition for orchestra and narrator, “John Adams: The Voice Heard ‘Round the World” for the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. This work is a part of the orchestra’s History Through Music series. The narration text is from a charming book for children that won a Parents’ Choice Gold Award in 2009. 

The sound file accompanying the ScoreFlipper playback is the first 5 minutes of chamber orchestra version which features fewer players than this full orchestral version.
