I already have a username and password for artofsoundmusic.com. Why is the system asking me for it again when I go to buy a “Print it now” score?
The username and passwords on artofsoundmusic and Sibeliusmusic.com are totally separate. You will need to maintain the two accounts to buy both “Ship to me” and “Print in now” scores. You may choose to set the username and password to be the same on both sites if you wish.

Why do “Print it now” scores generally cost less than “Ship to me” scores?
“Ship to me” scores are professionally printed by one of the top music printing companies in the United States. This material and labor cost does not occur when you print a score yourself using the “Print it now” option, and we pass these savings along to you.
I see a certain “Print it now” price on artofsoundmusic.com, and when I click on the icon to buy it, I then see a lower price. Why?
The cost shown on artofsoundmusic.com for “Print it now” scores is the price of the score and all parts. The price you initially see on Sibeliusmusic.com is the price of the score only. When you add the parts to your basket, that final price will match the price initially shown on artofsoundmusic.com.
Payment
What forms of payments do you take?
“Ship to me” scores are paid through the Google Checkout process, which accepts major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover from 140 countries.
“Ship to me” scores are paid by credit card using the SibeliusMusic Checkout process.
Education institutions may issue us a Purchase Order and afterwards pay by check.

What currencies do you support?
We can take payments in almost any currency through the credit card checkout process. We display prices in US dollars and can show their equivalent values estimated in British Pounds if you choose that setting.
Is my information secure?
